From now on I’m going to try to write a poem a day as a part of my picture a day. Here is one to a photo that was particularly meaningfulcore to me.
The Cut
I was excited
Thrilled
Anticipating my evening
So excited that I failed to notice
The drawer-open
So excited that I rushed towards the closet
And my knee banged against the side of the open drawer
Pain!
I grimaced
And looked

I am quite bad at this. And especially because: I am at home, and have forgotten to bring the usb cord to connect my camera to the laptop, and therefore must use the highly questionable desktop to upload anything. And, as my parents generally spend their evenings on the desktop, it makes for infrequent uploading and therefore multiple photos taken different days uploaded in a hurray in one big...
